The Guided MiM Circuit

Discover our unique MiM (Movement is medicine) Reformer Pilates sessions that combine video-led instruction by Nell Hoess with expert in-person guidance.
Our MoFit coaches provide personalized support during sessions, ensuring you get the most out of your workouts. These unique classes combine Nell’s high-quality video instruction with the essential benefit of in-person, personalized support. A MoFit Coach is present throughout the session to provide immediate corrections, hands-on cues, and modifications, ensuring perfect form and safety for every exercise.

This method is structured for clear, consistent results. The program consists of 6 distinct levels, ensuring you build strength and proficiency safely. Each level contains 8 progressive classes, allowing you to master the foundational skills before advancing.

MoFit Curated Flows

These are MoFit’s signature, instructor-led Reformer Pilates classes designed for the ultimate in personalized attention.

Unlike a standard group class, every session is curated by your instructor to align with the specific needs, goals, and experience levels of the participants. This ensures maximum efficiency and safe progression. From beginner classes designed to safely welcome newcomers, to advanced sessions that challenge experienced students, our offerings suit all skill levels. MoFit is a gem of a studio in the heart of Mount Albert. With only four reformers it has an intimate feel, and the overall vibe (and disco ball on Friday nights!) make the classes feel more like an experience than a chore. I always leave feeling stronger and in a better mood. One thing I really appreciate is how the studio offers both live classes taught by Monique and video-guided sessions. Even in the video classes, Mo’s right there, helping with form, giving adjustments, and making sure you’re getting exactly what you need. Mo is a natural instructor. She’s supportive, upbeat, and knows how to push you in a way that feels manageable rather than intimidating. Her classes strike that balance of being fun and still genuinely effective.
